Club Management

The Club is run by a Management Committee which is comprised of not less than 5 and not more than 15 Members who meet once per month and are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Club. These members are all volunteers and give their time for the benefit of their fellow members.

Many of the Committee Members have specific responsibilities and these are shown on the notice board, together with those who are key holders and who can be contacted in the absence of the Steward.

A fifth of the Committee stands down from the Committee every year and if they wish they can put themselves forward for re-election. Any Member can stand for election to the Committee, providing that they are proposed and seconded by Members of the Club and that they sign the nomination form which needs to be recieved by the Club in the required timescales before the AGM.

Internal Services

This is a sub-committee directly responsible for the day-to-day running of the house and the grounds and to which the steward report.  If you wish to make a comment, please contact a Member of this Committee who are listed on the notice-board.

Annual General Meeting

Accounts are circulated prior to this meeting which must be held not more than fifteen months after the preceding meeting.  The financial year ends on the 31st December. At this meeting re-standing and new nominations for the Committee are voted in.
